John Paul Construction Limited is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environment across Dublin-based projects, including commercial and residential. You will implement the EHS Management System on allocated projects and promote a culture of safety on-site with management, contractors and workers.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Health and Safety degree or diploma, NEBOSH/OSHA, 10+ years in construction, and strong leadership and communication skills, with

• Recognised Health and Safety Degree or Diploma.
• NEBOSH/OSHA or equivalent certification.
• 10+ years of industry experience.
• Construction experience preferred (Commercial & Residential).
• Proven Health and Safety Manager experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HammerTech.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are hiring a Regional EHS Manager. Initially, this role will be based on projects in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including Commercial & Residential.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Company's EHS Management System on allocated projects
• Promote a positive Health and Safety culture on-site with Site Management, Contractors and workers and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and develop effective solutions
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in safety regulations

Requirements

• Recognised Health and Safety Degree or Diploma
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent
• At least 10 or more years' of industry experience
• Previous Construction experience is preferred (Commercial & Residential)
• Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HammerTech etc
