Suntory is seeking a Regional Account Manager to support and develop customer relationships within the national accounts framework at a regional level. The role involves selling Suntory products, managing a £5M+ portfolio per region, and negotiating Joint Business Plans with key customers.

You will oversee admin tasks, data analysis and forecasting, while coordinating with supply chain and field teams to ensure stock availability and strong brand impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven sales-related experience in FMCG or field sales
• Strong understanding of account manager/buyer relationships
• Financial numeracy and ability to develop robust commercial proposals
• Proficiency in Excel and IT systems

Responsabilités

• Support and develop customer relationships at regional level in cooperation with the national accounts team
• Sell Suntory products and manage a portfolio estimated at £5M+ per region
• Negotiate Joint Business Plans with selected customers to maximize commercial opportunities
• Manage all customer-related administration including promotional proposals, invoicing, debt management, and data analysis
• Execute the Suntory Commercial Plan regionally, collaborating with supply chain and field teams to ensure stock availability and brand impact
• Develop and implement annual customer plans with the national account team to meet and exceed volume, net sales, and gross profit targets
• Forecast volume and working spend aligned with commercial calendar and customer activation plans
• Review and analyse customer performance monthly against plans and prior year results
