Job summary

Kids Inc. in Ireland is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our fast‑paced Recruitment team on a full‑time, permanent basis. You’ll manage the full recruitment process across Early Years and Afterschool roles and onboard new hires, helping our services thrive across Ireland.

You’ll work with hiring managers, advertise vacancies, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and prepare offers. Garda Vetting and Police Clearance may be required.

Qualifications

  • Previous recruitment, HR, or recruitment coordination experience (agency or in-house).
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full recruitment process across a variety of Early Years and Afterschool roles.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide hiring support.
  • Advertising vacancies across multiple job platforms and proactively sourcing candidates.
  • Screening applications and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
  • Preparing offers of employment and supporting candidates through the onboarding journey.
  • Collecting and processing recruitment documentation in line with company policies and Tusla requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records using our ATS and HR systems.
  • Producing recruitment reports and monitoring hiring progress.
  • Building positive relationships with candidates, managers, and colleagues.

With over 25 years of experience in childcare, Kids Inc. is one of Ireland’s leading providers of Early Years and Afterschool Care. We operate over 70 onsite Breakfast and Afterschool programmes nationwide, alongside our Creche and Preschool services. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing Recruitment team on a full‑time, permanent basis.

About The Role

Working as part of a fast‑paced and supportive Recruitment team, you’ll manage the full recruitment process across a variety of roles, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from application through to onboarding.

What You’ll Be Doing
