Job summary

Sculpted by Aimee in Dundrum, Dublin, seeks a Recruitment Coordinator (4 Month FTC) to join the People Team. You will support screening, interview scheduling, applicant tracking, candidate communications and general recruitment administration, helping deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will maintain records, trackers, and notes, ensure GDPR compliance, assist with templates, reference checks, offers and onboarding handover.

• Currently studying, or recently completed, a relevant course in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline.

Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator (4 Month FTC) to join the growing People Team based in Dundrum, Dublin. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, this role will support the day-to-day administration and coordination of recruitment activity across the business.

The Recruitment Coordinator will support candidate screening, interview scheduling, applicant tracking, candidate communications and general recruitment administration, helping to deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Accountabilities Include

• Job vacancy posting and advertising: Assist with posting job openings on agreed job boards and the Sculpted by Aimee careers page, ensuring adverts are accurate, consistent and up to date.
• Candidate screening: Support the initial screening of applications against agreed role criteria, helping to identify suitable candidates for review by the Talent Acquisition Partner or hiring manager.
• Interview coordination and scheduling: Help coordinate interviews by liaising with candidates, hiring managers and interview panels, booking rooms or video calls, and sending clear interview confirmations and materials.
• Candidate communications: Support a positive candidate experience by sending timely, professional communications and escalating any queries that require People Team or Management input.
• Applicant tracking and recruitment admin: Help maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers and interview notes, ensuring information is accurate, confidential and handled in line with GDPR requirements.
• Recruitment operations support: Assist with recruitment templates, documents, reference checks, offer administration and onboarding handover tasks as required.
• Team and project support: Support the People Team with recruitment-related projects, employer brand activity and early careers initiatives where needed.
• Support sustainable business practices by minimizing waste, promoting responsible sourcing, and reducing environmental impact.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive, and ethical workplace while contributing to our community initiatives both internally and externally.
• Uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability in all business practices.

Experience Needed

• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition and people operations.
• Excellent organisation skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow clear processes.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly approach.
• Comfortable managing administration tasks, scheduling and follow-up actions in a timely way.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Positive, curious and willing to learn in a fast-paced, growing business.
• Currently studying, or recently completed, a relevant course in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline.
• Previous administration, customer service, retail or office support experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
