Job summary

Iron Mountain is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our records storage operation on Damastown Industrial Estate, Dublin 15. You will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and retrieval of records within our warehouse environment, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records management processes.

In this role, you will receive, process, and store incoming items, perform regular inventory checks, and maintain a safe, organised workspace.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in warehouse operations or records management.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A commitment to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, process, and store incoming records and materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Retrieve and prepare records at height in high racking systems.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Assist in maintaining an organised and clean warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise operational efficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their records management needs.
