Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our records storage operation at Damastown Industrial Estate, Dublin 15. You will handle, store, and retrieve records in a busy warehouse, ensuring accuracy and safety in all processes.

You will work with a team to optimise efficiency, maintain stock integrity, and respond to client inquiries with high service standards. A strong eye for detail and familiarity with WMS and scanners are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or records management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, warehouse management software & handheld scanners.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, process, and store incoming records and materials.
• Retrieve and prepare records at height in high racking systems.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in maintaining an organised and clean warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise operational efficiencies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their records management needs.
