Job summary

Iron Mountain in Ireland is seeking a warehouse records handler to securely store and manage physical records in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and organisation while handling, storing, and retrieving documents within our warehouse operations.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, collaboration with the team, and delivering reliable service to customers. Experience in records management or warehouse ops is preferred; training will be provided, with benefits

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in warehouse operations or records management is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, warehouse management software & the ability to use handheld scanners
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve and prepare records at height in high racking systems., ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.

  • Assist in maintaining an organised and clean warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise operational efficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their records management needs.

Job summary
