Job summary

Fiduciam, a fintech private credit lender, is expanding its Irish team. This hands-on role covers the full loan life cycle from research to portfolio management, with exposure to the Dublin market and opportunities in London.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 academic degree with demonstrated academic excellence.
• Knowledge and interest in the property market.
• Strong communication and commercial skills; outstanding project management and organisational abilities.
• Diligent, precise, proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-growing, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the current loan portfolio from drawdown to redemption.
• Assist underwriters with monthly drawdowns and maintain loan records.
• Monitor loans against facility terms, security, and exit plans.
• Engage with borrowers and advisors on progress, repayments and exits.
• Visit properties to monitor development progress and assess security.
