Job summary

Elevate Partners in Ireland is seeking an Investment Analyst for its Dublin office. You will support underwriting and financial modelling of CRE debt, prepare portfolio reports for management and investors, and collaborate with consultants to monitor schedules, budgets, and business plans.

With 2-3 years in real estate investment, you’ll analyse draw requests, lease approvals, and borrower requests, plus assist on special projects including new technologies to support the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in real estate investment/development.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
