Job summary

Fideuram Asset Management Ireland dac, based in Dublin, seeks an Equity Investment Analyst & Portfolio Manager to contribute to fundamental research and active portfolio management within a global team.

You will conduct equity research, build models, present ideas to portfolio managers, monitor holdings, and support trade execution with a focus on ESG and robust risk controls. A CFA progress and 3–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in equity research or asset management.
• Strong equity valuation and portfolio management knowledge.
• Independent investment analysis and recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills with ESG awareness.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel; Bloomberg/Aladdin and Python are a plus.
• CFA (or progress toward CFA) preferred.
• Degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Fluent English; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental equity research across sectors and regions.
• Analyze financial statements, business models, competitive positioning, industry trends, and management quality.
• Generate and present investment ideas and market updates to portfolio managers.
• Monitor portfolio holdings, earnings releases, corporate actions, and macro developments.
• Support portfolio management activities, including trade execution, rebalancing, risk monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Contribute to portfolio construction in line with objectives and risk guidelines.
• Collaborate with trading, risk, and operations teams.
• Develop analytical tools and research databases.
• Prepare investment presentations, portfolio reviews, and market commentaries for internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Equity Investment Analyst & Portfolio Manager to join the Global Equities & Quant Solutions Team, which manages approximately €15bn. Based in Dublin, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both fundamental equity research and portfolio management activities within a dynamic and collaborative investment environment.

What you'll be doing

Key responsabilities will be:
