Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks an Investment Analyst to perform detailed financial modelling and investment analysis for real estate opportunities. You will prepare papers and presentations for management and assist due diligence across legal, financial, and operational documents.

Candidates should hold a Finance/Real Estate or Business degree, have at least 3 years’ relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and an interest in real estate investment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, property finance, investment, asset management, corporate finance, or a related environment.
• Strong interest in real estate investment and asset management.
• Good understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and investment principles.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and analyse financial models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial modelling and investment analysis for real estate acquisition opportunities.
• Perform market research to identify investment trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Prepare investment proposals, investment papers, and presentations for management review.
• Support due diligence activities, including site inspections and reviews of legal, financial, and operational documents.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of existing investment assets and portfolios.
• Coordinate with brokers, legal advisors, property managers, and other professional stakeholders throughout the investment process.
• Assess investment challenges and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.
• Keep abreast of market developments, regulatory updates, and industry best practices.
• Support global investment activities, including overseas business travel when required.
