Job summary

KPI RECRUITING LTD is recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers for a fast-paced food manufacturing site in ST5. This role involves operating reach trucks, PPTs, and working in a freezer up to -18°C, with PPE provided and ongoing temp-to-perm opportunities after 12 weeks.

Shift pattern: Sundays to Thursdays 21:30–06:30, immediate starts available, and the ability to work in cold environments is essential. Reliable and punctual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck licence – essential.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating a Reach Truck – essential.
• PPT experience/licence – preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or food production environment.
• Must be comfortable working in freezer temperatures (-18°C).

Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Truck in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use a Pedestrian Pallet Truck (PPT) where required.
• Transport goods across warehouse and freezer areas.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Picking and moving stock accurately.
• Following all health & safety and site procedures.
• Supporting general warehouse duties when needed.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a fast-paced food manufacturing site based in ST5.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing, stable work with immediate starts available, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Please note: This role involves working in a freezer environment at temperatures of up to -18°C for a couple of hours a day, therefore the ability to work in these conditions is essential. Full PPE is provided, including thermal jackets and protective clothing suitable for low temperatures.
