Job summary

Alpine Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced RC Foreman for a residential development project in Carrickmines, Dublin. You will supervise concrete workers, formwork and reinforcing steel, and coordinate subcontractors on site.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure quality, safety and alignment with engineering drawings, monitor the schedule, and provide progress updates. Salary is €90,000 plus a guaranteed 10% bonus and a full package including car allowance, pension and health

Qualifications

• 5 yrs relevant experience in concrete or structural frame construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings.
• Practical experience in shuttering or steel fixing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise & direct concrete workers, steel fixers, and subcontractors on site.
• Oversee operations, manage formwork, steel placement, concrete pouring etc
• Quality, inspect work before and during pours to match engineering drawings.
• Work with Health and Safety to ensure a safe, compliant site.
• Plan, coordinate and report on subcontractor's performance.
• Monitor the agreed project schedule and provide updates

Job description

Our client is an established construction company who have undertaken multiple high profile building projects & residential developments throughout Ireland

They have requirement for an experienced RC Foreman residential development project in Carrickmines - 4 blocks of apartments - 4 storeys high - no underground car parking. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all general concrete work activities onsite, insitu, SFS metal stud infill, modular bolt on balconies, teleporters, cranes etc

• Oversee operations, manage formwork, steel placement, concrete pouring etc
• Quality, inspect work before and during pours to match engineering drawings.
• Work with Health and Safety to ensure a safe, compliant site.
