The role requires QQI Level 5 Health Care, a full clean driving license and your own car. Prior healthcare experience is essential; the position offers a competitive salary and company support for training and development.

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence is essential.
• Own car is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to urgent calls and provide immediate care and support to customers.
• Assess client needs quickly and deliver appropriate care interventions.
• Communicate with care management to report on situations and actions taken.
• Adhere to care plans to avoid confusion in providing short-notice care.
• Assist with daily living activities and safe mobility.
• Prompt medication administration as prescribed.
