Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Utilities Interface Manager to lead interface coordination, security strategy, and construction integration for a major rail enabling works package. You will work across internal and external teams to define responsibilities, align contracts, and drive safe, on-time delivery of complex interfaces.

The role requires strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration, familiarity with NEC contracts, and a track record delivering high-value rail projects

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience with at least 5 years in interface/construction/project management on high-value metro rail projects or similar scale and complexity.
• Minimum Level 8 degree in engineering, construction or project management.
• Level 9 Masters in relevant field would be advantageous.
• Professional memberships: SCSI / RICS, CIOB, IEI or CIArb.
• Six Sigma or equivalent preferable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interface strategy and development across the enabling works lifecycle.
• Lead on interface coordination, security and construction integration with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement the interface strategy and Interface Agreement.
• Consult with project teams and external stakeholders to define boundaries and ownership.
• Coordinate inputs with Project Delivery Partner, Contractors and external bodies.
• Ensure delivery within HSSEQ, time and cost parameters.
• Oversee site security aspects as required and provide technical guidance.
