Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Ireland is seeking an experienced Utilities Interface Manager to lead interface coordination for a major Rail project. You will shape the development of logistics, construction integration and security strategies across pre-construction and delivery phases.

You will coordinate with functional heads, external stakeholders and contractors, ensure compliance with HSSEQ, and drive safe, efficient interfaces while aligning with project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience with at least 5 years’ experience interface management/construction/project management in high value metro rail projects or similar scale.
• Minimum Level 8 degree in engineering/construction/project management.
• Level 9 Masters in a relevant field would be advantageous.
• Professional memberships: SCSI/RICS, CIOB, IEI or CIArb.
• Six Sigma or equivalent preferable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interface activities across planning, logistics and enabling works.
• Develop and deliver the interface strategy for the project lifecycle.
• Manage interfaces with external stakeholders (e.g., Dublin City Council, NTA, ESB, etc.).
• Ensure cross-functional integration with clear ownership boundaries.
• Provide technical guidance to the interface team and drive delivery.
• Support safety, cost and schedule targets within HSSEQ framework.
