Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Programme Director to lead growth and delivery of major Rail & Transit programmes across Ireland. You will report to the Transportation Ireland Sector Director and collaborate with the Ireland Sector Leadership team, handling strategic growth, client relationships and high-value delivery.

You will drive bids and ensure performance in schedule, cost and quality while maintaining safety and sustainability as core priorities.

Qualifications

Proven market leader with a track record of positioning, leading and winning major opportunities.
Extensive experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects profitably.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing financial performance and project metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead 3-year growth plan across UK & Ireland.
Win opportunities ≥$5M through client engagement and bids.
Manage end-to-end work-winning process for major programmes.
Define and implement delivery models for bids and country delivery.
Drive market presence with owners, operators and contractors.
Collaborate with global teams to support growth across Europe and India.
Own and lead strategic client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement from client feedback and performance data.
Lead collaboration with contractors, partners and supply chain for delivery excellence.
