Qualifications

• Engineering background with project deployment across full lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience leading teams (functional or hierarchical).
• Cost and planning control in engineering scope.
• Experience managing customer relationships in contractual contexts.
• Knowledge of urban, mainline, and F&M market segments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of projects and meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering and construction activities.
• Manage risks, changes, variations, and compliance across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions meet contractual, regulatory, and QCDP targets.
