Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Experience on infrastructure/rail/major civil projects is required.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management principles is essential.
• Understanding cost management, procurement, and contract administration is needed.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial management of construction and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, valuations, and forecasts.
• Assist with contract administration and change management processes.
• Review contractor applications, variations, and claims.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and project cost reports.
• Support procurement and tender evaluation activities.
• Assist in risk management and cost control initiatives.
• Contribute to final account preparation and project close-out.
