Job summary

Kinisla invites ambitious graduates to join a permanent, full-time two-year Graduate Programme that accelerates leadership and technical growth in dairy science. You will gain exposure across R&D, operations, quality and commercial teams, delivering live projects from day one and contributing to product innovation and sustainability.

You should have a 2:1 degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biology or related discipline and be eligible to work in Ireland/UK.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least a 2:1 in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biology or related discipline.
• Interest in FMCG/food manufacturing and R&D.
• Ambitious, open to learning and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and optimisation of dairy products from concept to commercialisation across categories (cheese, spreads, fermented dairy).
• Collaborate with operations, quality and supply chain to ensure feasibility and manufacturing readiness.
• Conduct bench-scale and pilot trials to improve performance, shelf life and sensory attributes.
• Apply food science principles to enhance functionality and meet regulatory requirements.
• Participate in customer projects and technical requests, including troubleshooting and scale-up.
