Grifols is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst - R&D Controlling & BI in Dublin to support the Global Innovation & R&D Controlling department with the control and reporting of the Scientific Innovation Office.

The role covers month-end close, budget vs actual, project tracking, data representations, business cases for pipeline projects and ad hoc analyses; a background in pharma or multinational environments and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience, preferably in multinational corporations.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels; English proficiency.
• Experience in Pharma or healthcare industries.

Responsabilités

• Perform month end close duties and prepare management reports.
• Monitor actuals vs budget for R&D to meet targets.
• Maintain R&D tracking systems and enhance project tracking capabilities.
• Develop methodologies to create meaningful data representations for R&D projects.
• Prepare business cases and financial evaluations for pipeline projects.
