Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Finance – Compliance & Operations to support finance compliance, operational accounting, reporting, and control activities across the Ireland finance team. The role reports to the Manager Accounting and is based in Lismeehan, Co.

Clare. You will be involved in month-end close, R&D accounting, inward processing, Concur, accounts receivable, and balance sheet reconciliations, using SAP Concur and BlackLine tools as part of a four-site

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting or business.
• Multiple years of experience in finance operations: processing, reconciliations, compliance and administration.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems and Excel; familiarity with Concur and BlackLine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support finance compliance, operational accounting, reporting and control activities across the Ireland finance team.
• Contribute to month-end close, reconciliations and audit readiness.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and related finance operations.
• Oversee Concur travel and expense processes and provide monthly reporting.
• Assist regulatory reporting and cross-site finance governance.

The Senior Coordinator, Finance – Compliance & Operations is responsible for supporting finance compliance, operational accounting, reporting, and control activities across the Ireland finance team. This role helps ensure accurate financial processes, timely reconciliations, audit readiness, and effective support for month-end close, R&D accounting, inward processing, Concur, accounts receivable, inventory cycle count reporting, and related finance operations.

This position reports tothe Manager Accounting and is part of theFinance teamlocated inLismeehan, O’Callaghan Mills, Co. Clare. This is a full-time role with flexible working conditions supporting finance compliance and operations across four European sites.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support regulatory compliance, financial controls, audit preparation, and related reporting activities to maintain strong finance governance. Manage and control inventory cycle counts, reporting, and related finance activities.
• Financial month-end close support, analysis and monitoring, including but not limited to - R&D accounting, variance reporting, headcount movements, accounts receivable activity, intercompany transactions, and Balance Sheet reconciliations using tools such as BlackLine.
• Overseeing the SAP Concur tool including: Provide support for Concur travel and expense processes, including user support, issue resolution, and process follow-up where required. Provide monthly reporting.
• Monitor and manage customs inward processing administration and reporting, supporting accurate documentation and compliance with applicable requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Leaving Certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, business.
• Multiple years of experience in finance operations: transaction processing, accounting support, reconciliations, compliance, finance administration. Exposure to busy manufacturing environment a plus.
• Experience using finance systems or tools such as Oracle/equivalent ERP systems, Microsoft Excel.Experience with Concur, BlackLine Reconciliations systems a plus.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Occasional travel may be required to support finance activities across European sites.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience supporting month-end close, R&D accounting, inward processing, audit requests, or inventory cycle count reporting in a regulated manufacturing or diagnostics environment.
• Experience working across multiple sites or supporting finance processes in a shared service, multinational, or matrixed environment.
