Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant R&D or product development experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience in regulated industries.
• Mechatronics knowledge; DFSS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of electrical and electronic engineers.
• Provide technical mentorship across NPD and sustaining engineering.
• Drive engineering standards, best practices and continuous improvement.
• Lead root cause investigations and structured problem solving.
• Oversee CAPA, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including obsolescence.
• Develop project plans, schedules and technical objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure performance.
