Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Cork, Ireland, invites applications for a Technical Brand Stewardship Graduate. The role provides hands-on experience across ingredient, concentrate and beverage issues, with exposure to cross-functional teams, global programs and initiatives.

Graduate candidates will support bench-scale and pilot trials, develop formulation calculations and contribute to EHS initiatives on the Cork R&D Campus. Strong QA, lab analysis and Excel skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• BSc or equivalent in relevant discipline (e.g. Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering).
• Strong interest in Food & Beverage Industry, Innovation and product development.
• Lab/formulation development experience preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of QA, chemical and physical analysis principles.
• Proficient in Excel and documentation management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills.
• Flexibility with priority changes and uncertainty.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional projects in areas such as Ingredient testing, concentrate processing and beverage manufacture.
• Assist in bench and scale-up trials and in R&D lab testing.
• Develop data interpretation and prepare technical reports on trial outcomes.
• Calibrate and operate laboratory equipment and maintain SOPs.
• Coordinate external/specialist testing and ensure quality systems compliance.
