Qualifications

• Microbiological/Analytical Chemistry/Nutritional Science/Food Science/Technology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare laboratory reagents, solutions, controls and instrumentation to support testing.
• Perform microbiological testing and reporting of beverage samples in compliance with PepsiCo global standards and procedures.
• Maintain and support StarLIMS system, including sample management, specifications and master data administration.
• Review, interpret and communicate microbiological test results and analytical findings.
• Conduct method validations, investigations and proficiency testing to support accreditation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 17025:2017, A2LA accreditation requirements, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Health & Safety standards.
