Job summary

PepsiCo Ireland seeks an enthusiastic R&D Intern to join the Analytical Research team, supporting product development, manufacturing and quality initiatives across beverages, concentrates and ingredients.

The role offers hands-on laboratory experience in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on technical testing, documentation and health and safety compliance within PepsiCo standards.

Qualifications

• Undertaking BSc in Food Science / Chemistry / Forensic Science
• Strong IT/systems aptitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to integrate well within a team environment
• Results orientated and commitment to achieving objectives
• Be a proactive self-starter and be able to work independently as well as being flexible

Responsibilities

• Technical support for manufacturing
• Laboratory analytical testing
• Laboratory & quality documentation
• Assist with beverage /concentrate / ingredient related project lab analysis
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support day-to-day activities for the R&D Analytical team
• Develop and maintain relationships across R&D and non-R&D functions
• Adherence to PepsiCo Health and Safety standards and requirements
