Job summary

Careeriser-Limited in Ireland seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support a main contractor specialising in public works. The role is primarily office-based in South Dublin with occasional site visits, covering projects across Dublin and Leinster. You will prepare cost plans, BOQs and valuations, and monitor costs to keep projects on budget.

There is a clear progression path to Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a competitive package and exposure to high-profile public-sector schemes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience with a PQS or contractor.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Full Driver's License & Personal Vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of cost plans and budget estimates.
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities.
• Monitoring project costs and reporting monthly against budget.
• Preparing interim valuations and payment applications.
• Assessing and pricing variations.
• Attending site progress meetings with contract managers.
