Job summary

Mitchell McDermott is seeking an experienced Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dublin. You will work on prestigious construction projects and deliver cost management, project management, due diligence and advisory services for blue chip clients.

You will manage projects on-site from early stages, with a focus on CQS/PQS roles, and a Chartered or developing chartership pathway encouraged. MEP experience is a plus and strong client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification.
• 3-5 years’ experience across a wide range of sectors.
• Construction Stage Data Centre Experience (preferably with a consultancy).
• Experience in pro-actively managing projects.
• Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.
• Experience, pre or post contract, acting as a CQS or PQS is advantageous.
• Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally.
• Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.
• Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile.
