Evara Ireland is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team with essential experience in residential house building.

You will manage procurement, valuations, cashflows, budgets and cost plans, working closely with site and commercial teams to drive value, accuracy, and cost control.

Competenze

• BSc/MSc in Surveying, ideally, or working towards same on a part-time basis.
• Chartered or seeking to become Chartered.
• Minimum 3+ years’ working experience.
• IT proficient; Cubit/CostX experience advantageous.

• Procurement of subcontract packages and advising of best procurement options to drive added value.
• Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors and suppliers along with normal QS duties.
• Undertaking monthly internal valuations, production of monthly cost reports, and production of project cashflows.
• Reporting on budgets, variations, and cashflows.
• Compiling and maintaining cost databases/benchmarks based on real-time information to assist in cost estimates/cost plans for future projects.
• Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details.
• Other duties as may reasonably be required.

We are delighted to be looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team, experience relating to residential house building is essential.

Role and Responsibilities

• Procurement of subcontract packages and advising of best procurement options to drive added value.
• Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors and suppliers along with normal QS duties.
• Undertaking monthly internal valuations, production of monthly cost reports, and production of project specific cashflows.
• Reporting on budgets, variations, and cashflows.
• Compiling and maintaining cost databases/benchmarks based on real time information to assist in the production of estimates/cost plans for future projects.
• Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details.
• Other duties as may reasonably be required.

• Good IT skills with competency at Buildsoft, Cost-ex or equivalent, Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualifications And Experience
