Job summary

Citco is seeking a skilled Qualtrics Platform Analyst to join our team in Ireland. You will manage the Qualtrics experience, analyze data, and provide insights to drive business decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years with Qualtrics, and strong analytical and communication skills. You will design surveys, create dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while staying current with platform best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (Business Analytics, Statistics, Market Research or related).
• 2+ years of experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with survey design and methodology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Qualtrics platform, ensuring its optimal performance and utilization.
• Design, develop, and implement surveys and other data collection tools using Qualtrics.
• Analyze survey data and create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into survey solutions.
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on Qualtrics platform usage.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the survey process.
• Stay up-to-date with Qualtrics platform updates and best practices.
• Develop strategies to increase survey response rates and data quality.
• Assist in the integration of Qualtrics with other business systems and tools.
