Job summary

We are partnering with a leading Irish food manufacturing company to recruit a Quality Supervisor in South Limerick. This role drives quality excellence, food safety compliance, regulatory adherence and sustainability programmes across the site.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in dairy/food/FMCG manufacturing, with strong HACCP knowledge and a proven track record in audits. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in dairy/food/FMCG manufacturing.
• Experience leading or participating in BRCGS and customer audits.
• Strong HACCP, food safety and quality management systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with HACCP, DAFM, BRCGS and customer requirements.
• Ensure the site maintains an audit-ready status at all times.
• Lead and manage internal, customer and regulatory audits.
• Chair and coordinate HACCP team activities.
• Analyse quality trends, non-conformances, complaints and audit findings.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement effective corrective actions.
• Manage customer complaints through to satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain product specifications and supplier approval systems.

Quality Systems & Compliance

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with HACCP, DAFM, BRCGS and customer requirements.
• Ensure the site maintains an audit-ready status at all times.
• Lead and manage internal, customer and regulatory audits.
• Chair and coordinate HACCP team activities.
• Analyse quality trends, non-conformances, complaints and audit findings.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement effective corrective actions.
• Manage customer complaints through to satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain product specifications and supplier approval systems.

Sustainability

• Lead site sustainability initiatives and improvement programmes.
• Maintain key sustainability accreditations including Origin Green and Repak.
• Support the organisation's environmental and sustainability objectives.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years' experience within the dairy, food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing sector.
• Experience leading or participating in BRCGS and customer audits.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
