Job summary

Careerwise Recruitment partners with a leading Irish food manufacturing company to recruit a Quality & Sustainability Systems Lead. This role drives quality excellence, food safety compliance, regulatory adherence, and sustainability programmes across the site.

You will lead audits, manage the QMS (HACCP, BRCGS, DAFM), oversee sustainability accreditations, and support ERP traceability, influencing business performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in dairy, food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing with audit exposure.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the sites Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with HACCP, BRCGS, DAFM and customer standards.
• Manage internal, customer and regulatory audits while maintaining an audit-ready environment.
• Lead HACCP activities, quality investigations and corrective action programmes.
• Analyse quality trends, complaints, non-conformances and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee supplier approval processes and product specification management.
• Monitor quality KPIs and deliver food safety and quality training across the site.
• Lead sustainability programmes and maintain Origin Green and Repak accreditations.
