Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) seeks a Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager to join the National team in a permanent, full-time role. Based in Naas with travel to locations, the position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements include a Level 7 QQI degree and 3–5 years in compliance, with knowledge of HIQA regulations and quality systems. Garda vetting and a full drivers licence are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 7 QQI degree (BA in Social Care Studies / Social Care Work / Health / ID Nursing or equivalent).
• Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in a compliance management role.
• Comprehensive experience in risk management and health and safety in social care.
