Job summary

Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) seeks a Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager to join the National team in a permanent, full-time role. Based in Naas with travel to locations, the position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements include a Level 7 QQI degree and 3–5 years in compliance, with knowledge of HIQA regulations and quality systems. Garda vetting and a full drivers licence are required.

• Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management is an advantage.

Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) supports people with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism. CCoI operates Residential and Day Services across 15 locations, in which residents and day-attendees are supported to live an ordinary life, a life like any other.

Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager to join our National team.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Fulltime (40 hours per week)

Salary: €58,087 - €77,599 per annum

Location: Dunshane, Naas Co Kildare, with travel to the various locations

What you will need:

Hold a minimum of a Level 7 Degree on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Work, Health, ID Nursing or equivalent relevant qualification in a relevant professional discipline

Candidates with a post graduate qualification in Quality Management will be viewed with a distinct advantage

3-5 years experience in a compliance management role

Comprehensive experience of Risk Management and Health and Safety in a social care setting

• Demonstrative experience in auditing using quality systems
• Significant relevant experience in the area of quality and safety & service development in a social care setting
• Robust knowledge of HIQA regulations and all legislative compliance requirements
• Detailed understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services
• Experience in management of regulated residential services for people with disabilities and ability to apply knowledge of best practice
• Experience and ability to use and analyse data in to support of effective decision making and monitoring of progress against service delivery targets
• Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams. Knowledge of specialist quality systems

A full driver's licence and availability of own car is an essential requirement
