Job summary

Jacobs in Ireland seeks a Quality & Continuous Improvement Analyst to support quality management across the Transportation business. You will help map processes, analyze data and drive improvements that boost efficiency and delivery quality.

Working with operations and leadership, you’ll produce dashboards, support internal audits and leverage AI and digital tools to optimise workflows. A strong analytical mindset and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Experience within quality, business improvement, engineering, project support or a related field.
• An understanding of quality management and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• An interest in AI, automation and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement programmes across the business.
• Assisting with process mapping, workflow analysis and business improvement initiatives.
• Analysing data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Producing reports, dashboards and quality performance metrics.
• Supporting internal audits, compliance reviews and governance activities.
• Assisting with root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage automation, AI and digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Supporting the implementation of process improvements and change initiatives.
• Maintaining quality management systems, processes and documentation.
