Jacobs is seeking a Digital Coordinator in Ireland to bridge Life Science engineering with digital technologies, applying automation and AI to real projects. You will work with engineers and digital specialists to turn practical problems into reliable project capabilities.

You will connect engineering opportunities with digital outcomes, support existing digital solutions, and help propagate new tools and practices across Jacobs Ireland Life Science projects.

Qualifikationen

• NFQ Level 8 or higher in engineering, IT, CS or related discipline.
• 5+ years in engineering design, delivery or project environments with multidisciplinary coordination.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Plant 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Forma and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of AI applications for engineering including document intelligence and model review.
• Experience with P&IDs, piping design, process engineering and Life Science disciplines.
• Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Experience with Git, APIs, testing frameworks, CI/CD and release processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, training and change-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Use digital, automation or AI-enabled improvements to address delivery problems.
• Develop, configure, test and deploy workflows, dashboards and data products.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and data workflows.
• Evaluate and implement AI capabilities for document search, data extraction and validation.
• Establish reliable data flows and information standards for dashboards and AI apps.
• Manage initiatives through lifecycle stages and capture lessons learned.
• Provide guidance, demonstrations and training; support workshops.
• Provide practical support for existing digital solutions and feedback into releases.
• Capture benefits evidence such as reduced manual effort and improved data accessibility.
