Qualifications

• 5–8 years in senior business planning, performance, strategy, finance, or management within a leadership team.
• Experience in Quality Function of a Contract Laboratory, Contract Manufacturing Operations, or Quality Operations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Medium-Term Plan and annual business plan contributions.
• Own budgeting and forecasting with Finance, outlining spending, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage headcount planning and workforce alignment with HR and Finance.
• Identify themes across teams and bring them to leadership with clear actions.
• Support AstraZeneca Quality partnership and cross-organisation planning cycles.
