Job summary

Conack Construction, one of Ireland’s fastest-growing firms, is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee western-region projects and ensure delivery to the highest quality standards.

You will promote a Right First Time culture, manage non-conformances, inspect reworks, develop and maintain Quality Management Plans and ITPs, coordinate handovers, and support BCAR and sustainability tracking, collaborating closely with site teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Quality, QA/QC, Site Engineering, or similar role within construction.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, and compliance.
• Knowledge of BCAR processes (highly desirable).
• Experience with Procore or similar systems (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a “Right First Time” quality culture across the project

• Inspect and sign off on reworks and corrective actions
• Ensure works are completed in line with mock-ups and first-of-kind standards
• Develop and maintain Quality Management Plans and ITPs
• Carry out daily inspections and reporting using Procore
• Monitor compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications
• Manage and administer BCAR processes and documentation
• Coordinate handover documentation including O&M manuals and certifications
• Support BREEAM certification and sustainability tracking
• Attend site, client, and design meetings, providing quality updates

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across all phases of construction.
