Job summary

Conack is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee delivery of projects across the western region. You will promote a Right First Time culture, manage NCs, and sign off on corrective actions on site.

Role requires strong quality systems knowledge, BCAR awareness, and Procore experience, with focus on documentation and coordination across teams. This is a hands-on site-based leadership role with exposure to major projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Quality, QA/QC, Site Engineering, or similar role within construction.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, and compliance.
• Knowledge of BCAR processes (highly desirable).
• Experience with Procore or similar systems (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works are completed in line with mock-ups and first-of-kind standards.
• Develop and maintain Quality Management Plans and ITPs.
• Carry out daily inspections and reporting using Procore.
• Monitor compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Manage and administer BCAR processes and documentation.
• Coordinate handover documentation including O&M manuals and certifications.
• Support BREEAM certification and sustainability tracking.
• Attend site, client, and design meetings, providing quality updates.
