Job summary

Global Professional Consultants seeks an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality across multiple residential and education projects in the Dublin region. This multi-site role requires leadership to set and maintain quality standards and to drive consistent delivery across sites.

The successful candidate will manage QA processes, audits, and non-conformances, mentor site teams, coordinate with subcontractors and report performance to the Operations Director and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager with a main contractor.
• Experience managing quality across multiple sites, residential/education projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, auditing and ISO 9001.
• Leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for quality management across multiple residential and education projects.
• Develop, implement and maintain project quality plans, ITPs and quality procedures across all sites.
• Carry out site inspections and audits, reporting findings and driving close-out of non-conformances.
• Manage and support site-based quality staff and coordinate with site management teams.
• Oversee snagging, defect management and handover quality across projects.
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and work with them to resolve issues.
• Report quality performance and trends to senior management and clients.

Quality Manager required for a Main Contractor to oversee quality across multiple residential and education projects in the Dublin region. This is a multi-site role, with responsibility for setting and maintaining quality standards across the portfolio. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and drive consistent delivery across all sites. The successful Quality Manager will report to the Operations Director.
