Mane Contract Services seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead the project quality function for a major Dublin site in data centres, advanced technology and life sciences sectors.

You will drive the quality strategy, systems and KPIs across the project, ensuring robust QA controls and timely handover readiness. Strong leadership, senior QA/QC experience and digital construction platform knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 10+ years in QA/QC or construction quality.
• Primary or Master's degree in QA/QC or equivalent discipline.
• Experience delivering large-scale, technically complex construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the project Quality team.
• Develop and implement project QA procedures, controls and systems.
• Ensure QA systems are established, accessible and used across the project.
• Monitor and publish weekly quality indicators and KPIs.
• Analyse quality performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide recommendations to prevent recurring quality issues.
• Standardise QA reporting and project quality metrics.
• Set up and manage test packs.
• Collaborate with package leads to ensure readiness for handover.
• Attend project meetings with key stakeholders.
• Manage team performance and accountability in Quality.
• Maintain an 8-week look-ahead for quality constraints and resolutions.
• Forecast headcount and support staffing plans.
• Be a key member of Lean Construction team.
• Support Digital Construction Platforms adoption.

Are you an experienced Quality Manager / QA-QC Manager with a strong background delivering large-scale construction projects?

We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to join an established project team in Dublin, working on technically complex projects across the data centre, advanced technology and life sciences sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior quality professional looking to take responsibility for the quality strategy, systems, reporting and performance of a major project.

The Role:

As Quality Manager, you will lead the project quality function, ensuring robust QA systems, processes and controls are implemented and maintained throughout project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the project Quality team
• Developing and implementing project QA procedures, controls and systems
• Ensuring quality systems are fully established, accessible and effectively used across the project
• Monitoring and publishing weekly quality indicators and KPIs
• Analysing quality performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Providing recommendations to prevent recurring quality issues
• Standardising QA reporting and project quality metrics
• Setting up and managing test packs
• Working closely with package leads to ensure systems are tested and ready for handover ahead of schedule
• Attending project meetings and working closely with key stakeholders
• Managing team performance and ensuring accountability across the Quality function
• Maintaining an 8-week look-ahead for quality constraints and their resolution
• Forecasting headcount requirements and supporting project staffing plans
• Working as a key member of the Lean Construction team
• Supporting the implementation and use of Digital Construction Platforms

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a proven quality professional who has experience delivering large-scale, high-quality construction projects and can demonstrate strong leadership and project delivery capability.

You'll ideally have:

• 10+ years' relevant experience in QA/QC or construction quality
• A primary or Master's degree in QA/QC or an equivalent discipline
• Proven experience working on large and technically complex construction projects
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Experience implementing and managing project quality systems
• Experience with Digital Construction Platforms
• Strong strategic planning and tactical execution skills
• Experience working within cross-functional project teams
• Strong IT skills and ability to manage project quality data and reporting
