Lincoln Recruitment Specialists in Co. Longford, Ireland, seeks an experienced Quality Supervisor for a fast-paced food manufacturing operation. You will lead a QA/QC team, oversee GMP/HACCP compliance and drive investigations and CAPA.

The role focuses on audit readiness, product quality verification, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver right-first-time performance. Monday to Friday, with standard production hours.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Food Science or related discipline.
• Experience in a food manufacturing quality environment.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety management systems.
• Experience supporting BRCGS, retailer or third-party audits.
• Excellent investigation and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience managing CAPAs and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop the QA/QC team to ensure strong performance.
• Plan daily quality activities and allocate resources across production.
• Carry out GMP audits and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Support production meetings with quality expertise.
• Verify product quality via line inspections and sensory assessments.
• Maintain documentation and site compliance systems.
• Support audits (BRCGS, retailer, regulatory inspections).
• Lead CAPA investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI delivery.
