Job summary

Allianz Ireland in Dublin 4 is hiring a Quality Insights Analyst to join the Customer Quality team. You will work within an Agile structure, collaborating across departments to deliver service intelligence, build a robust quality framework, and support continuous improvement.

You will interpret complex analytics, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings to colleagues and leaders. The role offers hybrid working, competitive remuneration, and opportunities to develop CIP

Qualifications

• Essential criteria include experience in a data analytics or business analyst role within general insurance.
• Strong analytical, design, interpretation and reporting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• APA qualification with willingness to achieve CIP.

Responsibilities

• Assess service excellence by analyzing KPI data and producing regular reports for stakeholders.
• Implement cross-organisational Root Cause & Trends Analysis on errors and complaints.
• Use performance intelligence and process-mining outputs to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Research and inform best practice for the quality management framework aligned with regulatory and market standards.
• Champion change initiatives and embed new processes and agile ways of working.
• Promote adoption of new tools and agile methodologies across Retail, Commercial and Claims.
• Interpret and communicate complex analytics to colleagues and provide training.
• Conduct monthly reviews of complaints and error logs and present findings to the Customer Quality Manager.
