Teleperformance in Dublin is seeking a Quality Expert Reviewer (German speaker) to perform German-language content moderation in a full-time, on-site role at Dublin 03. The position includes an 8-week training program and a start date of 26 November 2026.

Shifts run from 7am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday, with 40 hours per week and right to work in Ireland. The successful candidate will review content across client workflows, including sensitive material such as violence, hate speech, self-harm,

• Quality review of Client workflows including HERO and DOI areas
• ID review and authenticity checks; escalations as needed
• Work closely with teams to ensure policy compliance and accurate decision-making

Duties and responsibilities:

Content Moderation Experience is an essential requirement

You will be supporting the quality review of the Client workflows which includes :

• Content Moderation - Review sensitive content like :


• Organizing or credibly threatening violence


• Promoting self-harm


• Organizing theft, vandalism, fraud, poaching, or sale of restricted goods


• Misrepresentation, impersonation and privacy violations


• Hate speech, bullying


• Phishing, spam, and malware


• Others as mutually agreed in an SCN

3. Escalations.

The Services shall support the quality review of the following Client workflows on the following areas:

• HERO (viral/meme content)


• DOI (Dangerous Organization)

High affinity and cultural context of political/social situation regarding the relevant market/region that will be supported by each ‘agent’ – which is critical to be aware of the cultural/regional differences for nuanced policy decisions to be applied in accordance with Clients abuse standard policies and training materials.
