Job summary

eTeam is seeking an experienced Quality/Sample Management professional in Carlow, Ireland to coordinate end-to-end handling of laboratory samples within GLIMS, ensuring logging, processing and traceability in line with cGMP, GDP and regulatory standards.

You will work with QC, Manufacturing and QA to support release activities, investigations and continuous improvement, while prioritising workloads and coordinating shipments to external labs and sister sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with LIMS (GLIMS preferred) and data integrity.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end sample management in GLIMS and ensure proper logging, processing, distribution and disposal.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, GDP and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with QC, Manufacturing and QA to support release activities.
• Support investigations, deviations, and quality documentation.
• Assist with qualification, validation activities and technical transfers.
• Identify improvements to strengthen quality systems and efficiency.
