C&D Foods is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to maintain and improve our Food Safety and Quality Management Systems at our Edgeworthstown site. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with COPs, BRCGS, IFS and internal standards, driving a strong food safety culture and audit readiness.

Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, you will develop procedures, support retailer standards, and lead site FS & QMS projects while managing documentation and KPI tracking for

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a quality role within manufacturing.
• Experience with BRC/IFS and retailer COPs.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and QA processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and maintain the Food Safety Management System under guidance from the Quality Manager.
• Lead audits and corrective actions to close non-conformances.
• Coordinate internal quality audits and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Ensure compliance with BRC/IFS and retailer COPs across site processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality systems and food safety culture.
