Qualifications

• Demonstrate keen eye for non-compliance and inconsistencies
• Make quick, informed decisions based on guidelines and policies
• Excel at managing workflows and organization
• Articulate complex issues clearly with strong communication skills
• Experience in a Compliance role (AML, KYC) or Policy Quality Analyst
• Utilize internal tools for verification of trademark registrations and copyright claims
• Provide regular feedback to QA team leads and policy experts
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure quality standards

Responsibilities

• Contractual Operations (COPS): Ensure licensing and regulatory obligations with focus on the music industry; review and act on potential licensing violations by removing or blocking content
• Scaled Regulatory Operations (SRO): Design, build and scale solutions to address evolving regulatory landscape and mitigate non-compliance risks
• Privacy Operations: Ensure user data privacy requests are implemented and aligned with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD and other regional requirements
• Intellectual Property Operations: Investigate and validate copyright/trademark cases and ensure adherence to DMCA/DSA and improve policies
