TELUS Digital is seeking a meticulous Quality Analyst to uphold quality and compliance across its platform in the Sandyford area, Dublin. The role focuses on contractual, regulatory, and privacy streams within Compliance Operations, with a permanent, full-time structure and 8am-5pm shifts.

You will review licensing, privacy requests, and IP enforcement while collaborating with global teams; a strong attention to detail and policy knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Compliance role (AML, KYC) or Policy Quality Analyst role.
• Keen eye for catching non-compliance and inconsistencies.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure licensing and regulatory obligations are met for the client, with a focus on music industry.
• Review and act on potential licensing violations by removing or blocking content.
• Design, build, and scale operational regulatory solutions to address evolving landscape.
