Job summary

TELUS Digital in Dublin is seeking a meticulous Legal Quality Analyst to support Compliance Operations across licensing, data privacy, IP, and copyright rules. This is a full-time, permanent, onsite role based in the Sandyford area. You will uphold high standards of policy adherence, review cases, and collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for catching non-compliance and inconsistencies.
• Make quick, informed decisions based on guidelines and policies.
• Excel at managing workflows and maintaining a high level of organization.
• Articulate complex issues clearly and professionally with strong communication skills.
• Show passion for maintaining high standards of policy and legal adherence.
• Bring experience in a Compliance role (AML, KYC, etc.) or Policy Quality Analyst role.
• Utilize internal tools and external resources for verification of trademark registrations and validation of copyright claims.
• Provide regular feedback to QA team leads and policy experts.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in one of four compliance streams: Contractual Operations, Scaled Regulatory Operations, Privacy Operations, or Intellectual Property Operations.
• Review licensing and regulatory obligations and mitigate non-compliance risks.
• Design, build, and scale operational solutions to address evolving regulatory landscapes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure policy adherence and quality control.
