Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead national and regional QA teams, ensuring adherence to HSQE standards and driving continuous improvement across connections delivery. You will oversee QA/Field Engineer activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality and safety.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, extensive experience in utilities, and the ability to influence and manage key stakeholders both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification and/or accreditation desirable.
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in water, utilities or similar industries desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify problems and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead National and Regional Quality Assurance Teams and ensure high standards.
• Ensure HSQE compliance across procedures and training requirements.
• Manage QA/Field Engineer Team and adherence to quality standards in delivery processes.
• Oversee work progression to complete tasks in work management systems (Maximo, Dynamics 365).
• Coordinate with Asset Management, Asset Operations, Legal, Finance and Economic Regulation.
